By accessing or using GeegHive (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use GeegHive. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

4. Platform Overview

GeegHive provides a platform for:

Discovering and managing events
Connecting with Hivemates (mutual connections)
Booking event-related service providers (“Vendors”)
Posting content, stories, and reviews
Messaging and notifications

GeegHive acts solely as a technology intermediary and is not a party to agreements between users and vendors.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content
Impersonate another person or business
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
Use the Platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including events, comments, stories, and messages.

6. Vendor Terms

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their business information, pricing, availability, licenses, and documents are accurate and up-to-date.

GeegHive does not guarantee booking volume, business performance, or payment outcomes. Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling services agreed upon with users.

7. Bookings and Payments

Booking requests made through GeegHive create a direct relationship between the user and the vendor. GeegHive is not responsible for service quality, cancellations, disputes, or refunds unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Reviews and Content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews or content that violate our policies.

By posting content on GeegHive, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, logos, software, and design elements are owned by GeegHive or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using GeegHive, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GeegHive at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeegHive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GeegHive after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
